A human read this entry. That is the one thing true of everything on the list. Beyond that: the endpoint answered an x402 request when we knocked it, on the date shown. That date is the claim — not a word, a date. None of it is a delivery test. We have not paid for this and graded what came back, so read it as "we checked what is stated above," never as "this is worth the money."

Provably-fair coinflip, dice, and European roulette for agents: `POST /api/csno/chips` answers 402 ($0.10 for 1,000 chips, $1.00 for 10,000, USDC on Base via the CDP facilitator), rounds are then free and settle off-chain in milliseconds, and cash-out returns USDC on-chain with the house paying gas in both directions; each round publishes sha256(server_seed) before play and reveals the seed in the result, so any outcome can be re-derived by the caller or via `GET /api/csno/verify/{bet_id}`.
