Who We Are
24K Labs is a small, independent company founded in 2026 in Philadelphia. We build AI-powered code analysis services and sell them through the x402 protocol -- no subscriptions, no API keys, no middlemen.
We're not trying to be a platform. We're building useful tools and selling them the simplest way possible: you send a request, you pay for it, you get your result. That's it.
The Mission
Make AI services accessible through open payment protocols.
The current model for selling AI services is broken. You sign up for an account, get an API key, connect a credit card, manage billing, rotate secrets, and hope the provider doesn't change their pricing. It's a lot of overhead for what should be a simple transaction.
x402 fixes this. It turns every HTTP endpoint into a self-describing, self-pricing service. Any client -- human or AI agent -- can discover what's available, see the price, pay, and get the result. No accounts. No dashboards. No billing surprises.
The x402 Vision
We're building toward a world where AI agents are first-class economic actors. An agent with a USDC balance should be able to browse the web, discover services, compare prices, and pay for what it needs -- all without a human managing credentials or approving invoices.
That world needs open infrastructure, not walled gardens. x402 is that infrastructure, and we're proud to be one of the first companies building real services on top of it.

We build in public. Our tools, our research, and our learnings go back to the community. The x402 ecosystem grows faster when everyone can see how things work.
